At this point, I’ve heard it all.
“Thrive transformed my life OVERNIGHT.”
“This has got to be a scam.”
“If you want to change your life, you have to try Thrive.”
“My results were nothing like what people talk about online.”
“Since Thrive, I’ve never felt more energized.”
A lot of people have a lot to say about Le-Vel Thrive, but it’s not always easy to know who to believe—or what to make of this popular wellness brand.
Now, let me be totally upfront: I’m a fan of Thrive. I love the results I’ve seen by using Thrive products and I have been consistently using those products for almost 2 years. But…I get it. I get the hesitation, I get the skepticism, and I get the need to know just what you’re getting into before committing to buying anything.
That said, there’s a lot of misinformation out there about the Thrive Experience, so how do you cut through the chatter of the peanut gallery to get to the real Thrive factors? I want to talk about not just what people are saying, but what valuable things people are saying about Thrive.
Whether you’ve just started looking into Thrive products or have been thinking about it for a while, welcome! Let’s talk about Thrive and the most important things you need to know to make an informed decision.

Le-Vel Thrive is a health-and-wellness company that quickly became a multi-billion dollar organization due to the success of the Thrive Experience. Thrive is designed to contribute to your health and fill in the nutritional gaps in which body is deficient. There are essential nutrients that the body needs, but a lot of people struggle to get the right amount of vitamins and minerals in their everyday lifestyle. Thrive products offer the support and nutrition your body needs to function at its best, which has helped people all over the world reach their fitness and wellness goals.
Over 10 million customers have boosted their wellness as they incorporate the Thrive Experience with the rest of their healthy living (including myself!) Thrive is not a get-thin-quick supplement, so don’t expect a magic pill that suddenly makes you lose weight or cures your insomnia. I’ll go into that a bit more, but first, let’s talk about what you actually do with Thrive.
First, you’ve got your products that make the Thrive process possible. One of my favorite parts about Thrive is how simple this was to add to my daily routine. Thrive customers start adjusting their lifestyle with 3 quick and simple steps/products:
The other great thing about Thrive products is that they are made with all-natural ingredients, so you don’t need to be nervous about putting something strange or foreign in your body—that was a big green flag for me! Instead of finding a bunch of chemicals, I was pleased to learn that my shake mixes had plant-based extracts, like ginger, grape seed, green coffee extract, and other nutritious ingredients. Plus, there are several flavors to choose from (though my personal favorite is their Fudge Brownie.)
Now, let’s talk about expectations. If you are expecting to slap the adhesive on and see all of your weight slough off overnight, you’ve got the wrong idea. Thrive optimizes the healthy efforts you make and gives you the energy to stay consistent, meaning the Thrive Experience works best alongside other good habits.
Notice that when I do my Thrive morning routine, I don’t skip the gym—I feel much more prepared for the gym, though. I like to think of my Thrive routine as one of the many (but essential) tools in my utility belt. I used to struggle sleeping at night because I would take naps when my energy dropped in the afternoon, which also affected my willingness to work out. I was always tired and always dragging, which left me pretty unmotivated.
Then my best friend convinced me to give Thrive a try, and the first thing I noticed was my energy during the day, which helped me sleep through the night more often than not. More rested than ever, I found myself feeling pumped and ready to go to the gym in the morning. Managing my weight became easier and easier. Even my joints were a little less creaky.
Other Thrivers have noted things like:
Thrive also takes some time to start seeing some of the benefits. I started noticing a difference in my energy levels in about 5 days, but I’ve known other Thrivers who waited 2 weeks to see some small changes. Everyone has a slightly different experience with Thrive, too, because we all have different bodies, needs, goals, etc.
For example, my friend who got me interested in Thrive originally started her journey not because she was concerned about weight, but because she didn’t have the energy to even go out and walk her dogs. Now she has the stamina to take her dogs out and still come to the gym with me. Not every Thriver or reviewer is going to have the same perspective or outcome, but that shouldn’t necessarily prevent you from trying—I’m certainly glad it didn’t deter me.
Just like the Le-Vel Thrive reviews online suggest, people have different experiences with Thrive. So, should you give it a try or is it just a waste of money? For me, the decision came down to my willingness to try something new and the actual experience being sold to me: a natural, simple, and supportive program that encourages me to live a healthy lifestyle. Remember, those that find the most success with Thrive are consistent, continue or kickstart other healthy habits, and talk to their doctor about their wellness.
If you’re ready to make the most of your efforts towards a healthier and happier lifestyle, Thrive is a great option to try, especially if you haven’t found success elsewhere. Despite all of the noise around Le-Vel, Thrive products are made with all-natural ingredients that your body needs and benefits from, so, at the end of the day, you are primarily bridging the gap in your nutrition and giving your body the best chance at improvement.
Thrive helped me get back on my feet and continues to make me feel like my best self, so I have to recommend it to anyone interested and willing! But, like any other reviewer, I can only speak for myself and the positive experience I’ve had; at some point, you have to put the reviews behind you and try Thrive for yourself.
