The 3 Simple Things You Need To Answer: What Is Thrive?

If you’re currently (or constantly) on the hunt for opportunities to improve your health, you’ve likely heard of Thrive—and if not, this should be a good introduction to the ins and outs of the Thrive Experience. Whether you’re hearing about it for the first time or have been contemplating becoming a Thriver for a while now, you probably have some questions. You might be wondering:

How does your health really benefit from Thrive?

Is such a simple system really effective?

Can you trust all the influencers on social media?

Essentially, what is Thrive?

As a Thriver myself, I understand the initial doubts many of us have—I was pretty disinterested until my sister-in-law convinced me to hop on the Thrive bandwagon. But if you’re considering giving Thrive a try or even curious about the benefits, this is what you need to know about the Thrive Experience.

What Is Thrive?

The health-and-wellness company Le-Vel is a multi-billion dollar organization that provides products and benefits that help bridge the gaps in your overall health. It’s so difficult to get the energy we need without the right amount of nutrients, like vitamins and minerals. It’s also not easy to get all of those vitamins and minerals every day, which is where Le-Vel Thrive products come in.  If you really want to understand what Thrive is and what it does, let me share what Thrive actually looks like for people like you and me.

1. Thrive Is A Process

There are 3 main products/steps to the Thrive Experience:

  1. Step 1: Take two Premium Lifestyle Capsules
The instructions say to take two capsules in the morning when you first wake up and on an empty stomach. These have nutrients like antioxidants, enzymes, probiotics, amino acids, and more.
  2. Step 2: Drink one of the Thrive shakes from the Premium Lifestyle Shake Mix.
You should wait to drink the shake about 20 minutes after you take the capsules—expect a nice energy boost from these!
  3. Step 3: Apply the Thrive DFT to a patch of clean, dry, lean skin.
About every 24 hours, you replace the DFT (Derma Fusion Technology); I find it easiest to just replace it soon after I drink my shake. It’s also recommended that you rotate the area you place it on, so I usually switch between my shoulder and my forearm.

There are many other products (like the Thrive Pink Pro collagen beverage, nutritional protein bars, and even Thrive Skincare,) but the most important steps are those three things. The Le-Vel website mostly talks about weight management, muscle support, and digestive and immune support as the stand-out benefits—I’ve personally focused on (and noticed improvement in) my own weight management.

2. Thrive Is Simple

One of my favorite parts of Thrive is how manageable the steps are, especially as a working mom. During my health journey, I’ve come to appreciate what small but significant changes can do—which is exactly why Thrive works for me. I get the all-natural supplement that my body needs first thing in the morning, which supports the rest of my choices for the rest of the day.

Sure, it’s not a magic pill that solved all my problems; but for me, it was the missing piece of the puzzle. I now have less joint discomfort, which helps me be more active and stick with my fitness goals. Thrive products, like the Thrive Premium Style Shake Mix, leave me feeling full and energized with their nutrient-dense ingredients, so I’m not snacking OR having that sugary dose of coffee in the morning. And, as a mother of two young children, my sleep has been far more peaceful since becoming a Thriver.

Despite being so simple, the benefits of Thrive help with a range of things. As I said, I’ve mainly benefitted from weight management. However, because better nutrition affects so much of our health, their website also lists other benefits like:

  • Joint support
  • Antioxidant support
  • Lean muscle support
  • Digestive and immune system support
  • Fitness support
  • Mental acuity
  • Appetite management

3. Thrive Is An Experience

Thrive products are super helpful and make me feel so much better day-to-day, and I’m not the only one—people around the world are getting the same life-changing results by using Thrive. But, Thrive is meant to be more than a one-and-done product—it’s meant to be an experience that can help sustain a healthy lifestyle. As convenient as the Thrive steps are, the other basic things we do for our health—eating the right foods, moving our bodies, sleeping enough—shouldn’t be thrown out the window. Thrive works with all of those other habits so that we can get the most out of our efforts.

Picture this: you wake up at 7:00 am feeling groggy even though you got those precious 8 hours of sleep last night. You fuel your body with some protein in the morning, but you don’t have time to add other nutrient-rich food before running out the door. The next thing you know, you’ve hit the 2:00 pm slump where you can hardly focus at work—and the last thing you want to do is hit the gym on your way home.

Sound familiar? This was my life every week, which destroyed my healthy habits. When I started my Thrive Experience, I almost immediately noticed that I had more energy in the morning and in the afternoon, so instead of going into survival mode by mid-afternoon, I was happy to put in my hour at the gym.

Here’s the point: I haven’t stopped going to the gym or eating healthy or getting as much sleep as I can—Thrive meets me halfway, though, and gives me the extra boost I need to stay motivated, energized, and prepared to follow through with my goals. I wanted a lifestyle change—without the crazy, unhealthy, and unsustainable diets—and Thrive provided the support I needed.

Does Thrive Work?

The million-dollar question: does thrive actually work? If you ask me, absolutely. I generally feel better most days, I get a lot more done with all the energy I have, and I continue to see actual results: my clothes have never fit better in my adult life. The Thrive Experience may not be for everybody, but because it’s both easy and effective, it’s definitely for me. If you’re interested, the best thing to do is try it for yourself!
